We are always striving to save ourselves time with our businesses, especially in our marketing and social media. Those of us which use scheduling platforms certainly save a few hours each week, however, there are some social media management platforms still lagging behind.

There are two platforms which always give consistency and in my mind seem to lead.  Buffer and Hootsuite.

Not only do these platforms allow your business to manage, post and schedule for multiple social networks and provide fantastic analytics, they’re also great at sourcing new content, relevant to you and your business.  And it doesn’t stop there because these two kings of social media also support use of GIF content – a big plus now that GIF are exploding on to the social media scene.  With big platforms such as Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter and G+ all now using autoplay for video and GIFs, this is just another example how Buffer and Hootsuite are still head and shoulders above the rest.

They still lead the way!
